Meet the team

CEO

Matt Runham

Matt is Tiny Dragon’s Chief Executive Officer and leads the company’s creative vision and strategy, client relationships and the development of new projects. He works with partners and creative teams to develop immersive experiences, theatre productions and bespoke consultancy projects.

His work with Tiny Dragon includes serving as Executive Producer for The Deal, a large-scale immersive production created aboard a historic cruise ship in Shenzhen, China. He also produced the award-winning stage adaptation and UK tour of I, Daniel Blake and co-created Space Camp and The Deep Blue.

Matt began his career as an actor before moving into producing and programming, holding senior roles at Curve and Northern Stage. His experience includes artistic planning, producing, touring and consultancy, with previous projects including Sting’s The Last Ship and The Young’uns’ The Ballad of Johnny Longstaff.

COO

Pippa Fox

Pippa is Tiny Dragon’s Chief Operating Officer and leads on project delivery, financial management, personnel and marketing. She oversees the practical and commercial delivery of the company’s immersive experiences, productions and consultancy projects, managing teams, budgets and logistics.

Her work with Tiny Dragon includes serving as General Manager for The Deal, a large-scale immersive production created aboard a historic cruise ship in Shenzhen, China. She also produced the award-winning stage adaptation and UK tour of I, Daniel Blake, alongside immersive projects including Space Camp and The Deep Blue.

Before founding Tiny Dragon, Pippa held producing and project management roles at Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds, Gecko and Northern Stage. Her experience spans creative production, national and international touring, participation, organisational development and consultancy.

Office Manager

Emma Bell

Emma is Tiny Dragon's Office Manager and looks after the day to day running of the office including bookkeeping and all administrative procedures. She provides admin and finance support across a variety of internal and external projects, helping to ensure the company operates efficiently behind the scenes. An experienced Office Manager and Administrator, Emma has built a diverse career spanning the arts, retail, manufacturing, communications, construction, technology, publishing and local government sectors.

Since joining Tiny Dragon Productions, Emma has provided support for a number of key projects, including the international collaboration The Deal, immersive experience The Deep Blue, and administrative support for The Fire Station in Sunderland. Known for her attention to detail, reliability and approachable nature, Emma enjoys creating efficient systems and enabling others to focus on bringing creative ideas to life.

Digital Production Assistant

Kate Bramley

Kate is Tiny Dragon's Digital Production Assistant and works across the creative and technical delivery of projects. She supports the development of immersive experiences through 3D design, motion tracking and interactive content, with a particular interest in games design and video production.

She has a bachelor's degree in Film & TV Production from Northumbria University and a master's degree in Digital & Immersive Arts. She first connected with Tiny Dragon while completing her master's dissertation project and joined the company in 2026. She is excited to be part of the team, developing innovative projects that combine creativity and technology.
