a binding commitment by Tiny Dragon Productions.

We may change the assumptions, calculations and indicative figures used by the Budget Estimator at any time.

A binding agreement will arise only when Tiny Dragon Productions and the client have agreed separate written terms for the relevant project. Nothing displayed by the Budget Estimator overrides those written terms.

Enquiries and proposals

Submitting a contact form, Budget Estimator enquiry or other message does not create a contract, partnership, agency relationship or obligation on either party to proceed with a project.

An automated acknowledgement or initial response from us does not constitute acceptance of a project.

We may decline an enquiry at our discretion. Any project that proceeds will be subject to an agreed scope, price and timetable and, where applicable, a separate written contract.

Until that contract has been agreed, neither party should assume that dates, resources or services have been reserved.

Please do not send confidential, commercially sensitive or proprietary information through the website unless we have agreed in advance to receive it confidentially. An unsolicited enquiry does not, by itself, create a duty of confidentiality.

If you send us documents, concepts or other materials in connection with an enquiry, you confirm that you are entitled to provide them.
